Martha Gentry of Martha Gentry’s Home Selling Team and Re/Max Prime Properties has been selected by Howard Brinton, the nation’s leading real estate speaker and educator, to join his group of “Star Agents.”
Brinton selects only 12 agents for this prestigious group each year out of more than a million Realtors across the United States and Canada. These agents are the most progressive, forward-thinking professionals in real estate today, ranking in the top 1 percent of all Realtors in North America, according to a news release. They are invited to share their methods of success through a series of interviews.
“Martha Gentry was selected because of her outstanding success in the real estate business, her unique, creative, and highly effective business practices and her reputation for integrity,” said Brinton, who began the popular series in 1989. Gentry, who has been a leader in the real estate industry in Pinehurst since 1995, said, “It’s exciting to be selected, to be able to share my ideas with others, and to give back to an industry that has been so good to me.”
Gentry and her highly trained team of real estate specialists will assist nearly 400 people in making home/investment decisions this year. According to Brinton, nationally, the average real estate agent closes less than 12 transactions per year.
